Beijing Mobile has opened the speed dialing function of its service line 10086.
The new service enables users to access to the services they want more conveniently. Currently, each of Beijing Mobile's affiliate brands has a speed dial seven-digit number prefixed with 10086 for users to make specific inquiries directly and this saves them a lot of time.
Take the inquiry for call fee balance, for example. In the past, if a user wanted to check their call fee balance, they needed to dial 10086 first, and then follow the voice guide and dial '1¡å twice before they could reach the information they want, but now they only need to dial 1008611 before they can know about their balance.
Beijing Mobile says this move is aimed at providing more convenience for mobile phone users with the increase of its user population base.
